the image to the right or Click HERE. A new window will open.- Make sure you're signed in to your Google account (if you have Gmail, this is easy!).
- In the window that appears, scroll down until you see "Write a Review."
- Proceed with your thoughts and star rating.
Vitals
Select the image to the right or
www.vitals.com. A new window will open.- Search for a Provider or their practice.
- Click Write a Review.
- In the window that appears, click the stars to provide a score. You can also write a review.
Healthgrades
Select the image to the right or
www.healthgrades.com/review window will open.- Type in the name of your Provider.
- If they are in the Healthgrades system, a Patient Satisfaction Survey will appear.
Doctor.com
Select the image to the right or
www.doctor.com. A new window will open.- Select search By Name option
- Locate your doctor
- Select Rate Provider button on the left side of the screen
RateMD's
Select the image to the right or
www.ratemds.com. A new window will open.- Type in the name and location of your Provider.
- Results should appear. Scroll down to where you can complete a review.
